The ethics comes in choosing what is news and what is simply gossip. It comes in what you're willing to do to get a story.

It comes in fact checking. It comes in telling the truth rather than lying or exaggerating.

It would be unethical to call it news. You can discuss it all you want, but there's no story there. And I don't know who Kim K is.

Sleeping with someone for a story is not especially ethical either.
